We’re looking for talented photographers to join our team

Our requirements

People person: You’re friendly, approachable, and know how to make guests feel comfortable in front of the camera. You can strike up a conversation, get a laugh, and create a relaxed atmosphere that leads to great photos.

Photography experience: Basic to advanced photography skills with your own WiFi-enabled camera. You’ll be responsible for taking photos and uploading them to an auto-generated folder for each customer. That’s it. We handle photo delivery, customer communication, and all other logistics so you can focus on taking amazing photos.

Reliable: We count on you to show up on time, prepared, and ready to work. Venues and guests are counting on Save Send to provide amazing service.

Tech savvy: You’re comfortable using apps, uploading files quickly, and troubleshooting basic tech issues on the fly.

What happens after you apply?

✔️ One in-person interview

We keep the interview process simple by conducting just one quick get-to-know-you interview so we can put a face to the name, hear about your experience, and determine if it’s a good fit.

✔️ One training and equipment check

If you’re a good fit, we’ll be in-touch within 24 hours to schedule your training and equipment check. This will be a 1-hr window where we share expectations for the role, conduct an equipment check, and review Save Send’s processes.

✔️ Your first gig

Once you’ve completed your first training session, we get you out in the field! We’ll coordinate with you to schedule an event and timeslot that fit your schedule and interests.

Our directors don’t just take photos. They set the scene, bring out personality, and help make the moment memorable. They know how to make guests smile, laugh, and feel confident in front of the camera, so every shot looks effortless and natural.

From guiding poses to finding the perfect backdrop, our directors create an experience that guests remember long after they leave.

Short shifts, big impact

We believe great work comes from happy, energized photographers, not from long, draining nights. That’s why every Save Send shift lasts just 2 hours from start to finish, with minimal setup or equipment required.

Our goal is work in efficient sprints where we show up, capture rapid-fire content for customers, and deliver their photos instantly. Our system requires minimal setup, and your only responsibilities are to take photos and upload them to an auto-generated folder.

This focused schedule keeps our photographers fresh, engaged, and operating at their creative best.
